About the Track My Startup Venture Fellowship

The Track My Startup Fellowship is designed to develop individuals who want to build a career in startup investments by working directly with startups and investor networks.

Role Description

Identifying and engaging angel investors and startup ecosystem leaders

Reviewing startup pitches and investment opportunities

Preparing investment briefs and founder summaries

Coordinating with investors during deal discussions and syndication

Managing deal flow pipelines and documentation

Presenting startup opportunities to the investor community

You will learn how deals move from startup pitch investor interest syndication investment.

People who are:

Deeply interested in startups and venture investing

Strong at community building and relationship management

Comfortable speaking with founders and investors

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to manage multiple conversations and moving pieces

Bonus if you have:

Startup experience

Worked in founder communities or accelerators

Prior exposure to venture, fundraising, or investment processes

The program runs for6 monthsand is divided into three stages:

Stage 1 Training (Unpaid,Part-time,Flexibletiming,Weeks 12)

In the first stage, fellows undergo structured training covering:

Startup ecosystem fundamentals

Deal sourcing and evaluation

Investor networks and syndication

Venture deal structures

During this stage, fellows are expected to complete assigned learning tasks and exercises.

Stage 2 Practice (Unpaid,Part-time,Flexibletiming,Weeks 38)

In this phase, fellows begin working on real ecosystem tasks. Participants will choose a focus track:

Startup Scout identifying and listing promising startups

sourcing startup opportunities (Expectation:10investablestartupsonboardedpermonth)

building deal pipelines

Investment Partner building and managing investor networks

identifying potential investors (Expectation:onboardandmaintainanetworkofminimum50angels)

presenting opportunities to the network

Stage 3 Active Fellow (Paid,Part-time/Full-time,Flexibletiming,Month 36)

Fellows who successfully complete earlier stages will begin facilitating real deals within the Track My Startup network.

Revenue opportunities in this stage include:

Deal syndication participation

Carry participation in successful investments

Potential Earnings:

6L 10L annually (based on performance and deal activity).

Post-Fellowship Opportunity

Individuals who perform well during the program can continue as:

Startup Scouts

Investment Partners

Active participants in the Track My Startup ecosystem typically generate income through:

Investor subscriptions

Deal syndication fees

Carry participation from startup exits

Potential Earnings:

Up to 18L 20L per year depending on the size of their investor network and deal flow.

Selection Method

Please note that the first fellowship cohort is extremely competitive.

Progression through the program will be based entirely on task completion and performance at each stage.

Only candidates who successfully complete the assigned tasks will move forward to the next stage.

This process has been intentionally designed to identify individuals who can deliver results, regardless of their prior experience or educational background.

What matters most in this program is execution, consistency, and the ability to build real networks within the startup ecosystem.
