Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Venture Capital Research Intern at ClearSpot.ai. As a Venture Capital Research Intern, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in cutting-edge technology startups.

You will help identify market trends, evaluate business models, and perform due diligence on potential investments. You will also be able to support the investment team in portfolio management activities and help with preparing investment materials and reports.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of venture capital and startup ecosystem
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques is a plus
• Background in business, finance, economics, or related field
• Prior experience or coursework in venture capital or private equity is a plus
