Job Description

Role Purpose

We are looking for proactive candidate for the position Grievance Officer to bridge the gap between the recruitment teams and clients or agents on ground level. Candidate must have strong hold on communication with a positive problem-solving mindset, focusing and maintaining the integrity ensuring smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Look into the issues of the clients or agents (blue collar) grievances
  • Bridging the gaps to maintain the processes to work efficiently.
  • Intercommunicate with management or concern managers for effective resolutions.
  • Investigate complaints, mediate disputes and provide timely resolutions
  • Co-ordinate with HR, operations and recruitment managers for fair solutions
  • Conduct regular meetings with agents or clients to understand the gaps in the process

Requirements Position

  • 5-8 Years of experience in grievance handling labor
  • Strong Communication skills documentation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws
  • Languages known must be English / Hindi or Urdu
  • Willingness to travel to worker sites / Agents if needed.
