Role Description
The Vendor Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring high-quality service standards, and resolving concerns efficiently. Responsibilities include onboarding and negotiating contracts with vendors, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. They will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success. This is a full-time on-site position based in Vijayawada.
Qualifications
- Vendor management, contract negotiation, and business relationship skills
- Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management
- Ability to monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service standards
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of the food delivery or service industry; experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
