Experience - 2 to 7 years.

Key Responsibilities

· Independently handle vendor onboarding and maintenance requests including non-standard or complex cases

· Review and validate compliance documents, banking details and contractual information

· Ensure adherence to internal controls, approval matrices and audit requirements

· Resolve vendor data discrepancies and rework items

· Act as first-level subject matter support for junior team members

· Manage workload to meet turnaround times and SLA commitments

· Support periodic data cleanup and vendor rationalization activities

· Maintain and update process documentation and checklists.

Hands-on experience in vendor onboarding or master data management roles. Oracle & Coupa experience is preferred.
