Job Title: Vendor Onboarding Associate
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Vendor Onboarding Associate who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing vendors while supporting planners in selecting the right vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, be comfortable meeting vendors on the field, and have basic knowledge of MS Excel for data management and tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tele-calling and outreach to potential vendors for onboarding.
- Meet vendors in person for onboarding discussions and relationship building.
- Handle vendor queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Assist planners in identifying and selecting the right vendors based on requirements.
- Maintain and update vendor onboarding trackers and reports in MS Excel.
- Manage vendor documentation and client-related paperwork during onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and activation.
- Provide presentations and walkthroughs to vendors regarding the onboarding process and company expectations.

- Prior client-facing experience will be an added advantage.
