Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vendor Manager based in Gurugram, with partial remote work flexibility. The Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring vendor performance, coordinating procurement strategies, maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders, and optimizing vendor-related operations to support company objectives.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer
• Experience in the related Field
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess vendor performance and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Having good connections with turnkey contractors
• Having good data base for labour contractor and mep knowledge
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to establish and maintain favourable vendor agreements.
• Proficiency in Procurement and supply chain management methodologies.
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of market trends and industry-specific procurement practices would be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field is preferred.
