CiliconChip is hiring - Assistant Manager Vendor & Contingent Workforce Management
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Vendor & Contingent Workforce Management to manage end-to-end contractor lifecycle and vendor operations. This role will work closely with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and delivery teams to ensure smooth workforce operations, compliance, and vendor governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contingent workforce lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, compliance, timesheets, billing & offboarding
- Act as primary SPOC for vendors and internal stakeholders
- Handle vendor negotiations, rate discussions, and profile validations
- Coordinate SOW, MSA and ensure contractual compliance
- Validate timesheets & invoices and work with Finance/Payroll for timely payments
- Maintain vendor database, dashboards & workforce reports (Excel/MIS)
- Support resource planning with project & delivery teams
- Drive process improvements in vendor onboarding & operations
- Monitor vendor performance and support vendor strategy
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Vendor Management / Contingent Workforce / Workforce Operations
- Strong knowledge of contractor lifecycle management
- Experience in IT / Semiconductor / Engineering services environment preferred
- Hands-on with Excel reporting, dashboards & trackers
- Exposure to VMS tools (Beeline, Coupa, Workday, DocuSign preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
