About the role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Management Executive who can manage and strengthen relationships with vendors, freelancers, and influencers in a fast-paced agency environment.
If you understand how agencies work tight timelines, multiple stakeholders, and constant juggle this role is for you.
What you'll be doing:
Vendor Coordination & Negotiation
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, freelancers, and influencers
- Finalize pricing, scope, and timelines for projects
- Negotiate commercials and payment terms aligned with company policies
Cost Optimization
- Identify and onboard cost-effective vendors
- Drive cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Benchmark pricing to stay competitive
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Create a reliable network for repeat and high-quality delivery
Operational Support
- Manage vendor database, contracts, and documentation
- Ensure vendor readiness aligned with project timelines
- Coordinate closely with creative, production, and accounts teams
Reporting & Communication
- Track vendor performance and cost efficiencies
- Flag risks, delays, or cost escalations proactively
What we're looking for:
- Agency experience is a must (advertising, digital, or production house)
- 2+ years in vendor management / procurement / similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Hands-on with Excel, Word, and Zoho Procurement tools
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
