Roles and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor database, including vendor documents, pricing, and service details.

  • Support negotiations by collecting quotations, comparing prices, and coordinating with vendors for best commercial terms.

  • Monitor vendor compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and agreed terms, and report deviations to the Vendor Manager.

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to share vendor-related information during planning and execution stages.

  • Act as the first point of contact for routine vendor communications and follow-ups.

  • Track deliveries and service timelines to ensure smooth execution.

  • Assist in resolving vendor-related issues by coordinating between vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Collect performance data and support periodic vendor performance reviews and reporting.

  • Communicate updates on specifications, scope changes, timelines, or pricing to vendors as instructed.

  • Ensure proper documentation of agreements, approvals, and correspondence with vendors.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
