Work along with the Coupa VMS (Vendor Management System) implementation team finalizing the scope, performing FUT, SIT, coordinating UAT, driving the cutover/go-live
Work with the team to integrate Coupa VMS with Workday, Targetprocess and Apptio
Cross-check contractor data across Workday, Coupa, SAP, and other internal databases to ensure consistency.
Communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, legal, finance) and external vendors to clarify and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of SoW validations and data checks.
Support audits and reporting by providing clean, validated data as needed.
Proactively identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements.
Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.
Required Qualifications -
Experience working with enterprise systems such as Workday, Coupa, and SAP.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data validation and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders/hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Power BI
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.
Experience with VMS tools.
Familiarity with SoW structures and contract lifecycle management.
Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements related to contingent workforce management.
