The Role

Zeno is seeking a Vehicle Durability Validation Engineer to lead durability and reliability

testing of electric two-wheelers. This role ensures that vehicles meet stringent

performance and lifecycle requirements under diverse operating conditions, contributing

to robust product development and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute durability validation programs for electric motorcycles,

including structural integrity, fatigue, and lifecycle testing.

Develop test procedures for frame, chassis, suspension, and critical components

under real-world and accelerated conditions.

Perform instrumentation setup for strain gauges, load sensors, and data

acquisition systems.

Analyze test data to validate compliance with durability targets and regulatory

standards.

Collaborate with design and CAE teams to correlate simulation models with

physical test results.

Drive root cause analysis for failures and recommend design improvements.

Ensure compliance with global durability and safety standards for two-wheelers.

Prepare detailed validation reports and communicate findings to engineering and

program teams.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for durability performance and

reliability.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure component quality and durability during

validation.

Support component level durability testing with vehicle level new part updates and

focused durability evaluation

Support for lab level durability testing. If experienced lab level durability testing

equipment handling, then it is more preferred. Ability to correlate road durability

testing results with lab level testing and further CAE simulation results.

Support electrical & software related testing as well with the durability vehicles

Coordinate, manage, track durability testing with all the riders, create daily test

plans, routes & DOEs

Map & track all component wise durability & reliability lifecycle, support service

team & design team with systematic data driven test results.

Should have knowledge of all testing & instrumentation equipment and shall

support the procurement, maintenance and usage of the same.

What You Bring

710 years of experience in vehicle durability testing, structural validation, or

reliability engineering in automotive or two-wheeler industry.

Strong knowledge of fatigue analysis, structural integrity, and accelerated life

testing.

Hands-on experience with durability rigs, test tracks, and data acquisition

systems.

Familiarity with CAE tools for durability simulation (ANSYS, Nastran, etc.).

Understanding of ISO and regulatory standards for durability and safety.

Ability to interpret complex test data and provide actionable insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and travel for test

programs.
