Lead the design and architecture of Veeva Vault solutions in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Create and maintain high-level and detailed solution designs, including data models, workflows, integration patterns, and security architecture.
Oversee end-to-end implementation of Veeva Vault applications, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and delivery timelines.
Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and manage integrations between Veeva Vault and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and custom connectors.
Ensure reliable data flow and synchronization across integrated systems.
Define and maintain the technical strategy and roadmap for Veeva Vault solutions, aligned with organizational goals and technology evolution.
Evaluate new Veeva Vault features and releases and plan their adoption.
Design, configure, and customize multiple Veeva Vault applications, including Quality, Regulatory, Clinical (eTMF & CTMS), and Safety Vaults.
Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and internal quality standards.
Conduct technical reviews, validation, and testing to ensure solution stability and reliability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and architects to gather requirements and align on delivery objectives.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead Veeva Vault data migration initiatives, including data mapping, planning, and execution, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Apply agile project management principles throughout solution delivery.
Qualifications MandatoryMinimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and leading complex Veeva Vault integration solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (12+ years; Associate degree with 6+ years experience).
Good to haveVeeva Vault Platform White Belt Certification.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong expertise in Veeva Vault configuration, customization, and integration.
Proficiency with Veeva Vault Java SDK, SQL, XML, and APIs.
Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and integration patterns.
Veeva Vault Orange Belt Certification.
Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
