Veeva Vault Medcomms Lead

This is a full-time, remote role for a Veeva Vault Medcomms Lead. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of Veeva Vault Medcomms solutions for clients, manage ongoing configurations, and act as a subject matter expert in Veeva Vault Medcomms applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop strategies, and ensure solutions align with clients objectives and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include leading client consultations, providing training, and addressing technical questions as required.

• Expertise with Veeva Vault Medcomms platform, including deployment, customization, and integration
• Strong project management, requirements gathering, and consultation skills
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance for the pharmaceutical sector
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and client communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple deadlines
• Experience in training and support for technology platforms is a plus
