Job Summary
This SO is for IJM. We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 5 years of experience in the Veeva Vault Platform and a strong background in Research and Development. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive product success. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Veeva Vault Platform to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of system documentation and user guides.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault Platform issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Veeva Vault with other systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Train end-users on the effective use of Veeva Vault Platform and related processes.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of Veeva Vault Platform with Research and Development objectives.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to achieve project goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Veeva Vault and Research and Development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the organization.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong technical background in Veeva Vault Platform with at least 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Research and Development domain with practical experience.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in system configuration documentation and user training.
- Have a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and data integrity standards.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule.
