Veeva Quality Vault - Product Owner

Site Name: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower Posted Date: Jan 20 2026 This role is positioned within the Enterprise Veeva Quality Suite - Product Team, responsible for contributing to the technical solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Veeva Quality Suite across Content Management, Quality, Audit & Risk business processes. The Senior Product Owner in Veeva Quality Vault is responsible for requirements, managing advanced configuration change requests on lifecycles, workflows, atomic security settings, objects, reports, etc. and for testing and validation documentation in line with GSK's Internal framework. The Product Owner is senior to the Product Analyst role, and leads large scale configuration projects across Veeva Quality Vault. Key Responsibilities Provide Product expertise in Veeva Quality Suite as a certified Vault platform administrator and Veeva configuration specialist. Leads large scale configuration projects. Acts as the Product knowledge expert across multiple objects, and coaches the product analysts. Manage configuration changes for Veeva Quality Suite per agreed priority backlog items. Lead impact assessment activities, reviewing proposed changes and ensuring impact understood across the entire Quality Suite. Deliver product enhancements through agreed backlog process to ensure Veeva Quality Suite evolves to meet business needs Ensure Quality Vault remains compliant as a Validated Solution through supporting testing and re-validation efforts and that configuration releases from validation to production are compliant. Collaborate with Veeva Enterprise Managed Services on product features Collaborate with Business resources across Global Supply Chain, R&D, Vaccines and the GSK Support Functions. Manage and maintain meta data in Quality Vault (picklists, organizational data etc) Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required Veeva Vault Platform Certified Veeva Quality Suite ( QMS/QDocs) Critical that the role holder has completed the Veeva Platform Certified Training, and has maintained the qualification on a concurrent annual basis. Job-Related Experience Veeva Vault Quality experience in a Regulated Industry. Veeva Quality Vault is a Validated SAAS application, and the successful applicant should have documented certification and experience of working in a GxP environment.
