Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled
Veeva QMS professional with strong experience in
GxP compliance and
SQL. The candidate will work on implementation, configuration, and support of Veeva Vault QMS solutions in a regulated life sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Veeva Vault QMS modules (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Audit, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with GxP guidelines (GMP, GCP, GLP)
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Perform system configuration, validation, and deployment
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting
- Support integrations and data migration
- Manage user roles, workflows, and security
- Participate in UAT and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ documentation)
- Provide production support and issue resolution
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Veeva Vault QMS
- Strong knowledge of GxP compliance
- Hands-on experience in SQL
- Experience in validation documentation
- Domain experience in Life Sciences / Pharma
Preferred Skills:
- Veeva Vault configuration expertise
- Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Agile/Scrum exposure
- Good communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Life Sciences or related field
