Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Analyst / Veeva CRM Specialist to support and enhance our Veeva CRM ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing CRM support operations, driving system improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the platform aligns with evolving business needs.
This is a high-impact role working closely with Business, IT, and Field Excellence teams to enable operational efficiency and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Veeva CRM system issues in collaboration with IT teams
- Drive system enhancements and optimization initiatives aligned with business goals
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
- Develop and maintain CRM documentation, SOPs, and process guides
- Partner with training teams to improve user adoption and CRM effectiveness
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Present new features and updates to stakeholders to ensure awareness and adoption
- Manage vendor relationships, including offshore teams
- Evaluate and implement improvements across tools like Veeva CRM, PromoMats, Align, and Veeva Link
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and CRM innovations
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in:
- Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM support/implementation
- Pharma / Life Sciences CRM environments
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration (Business + IT)
- Advanced Excel/data analysis skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent project management and multitasking ability
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Veeva Certification or Salesforce Admin Certification
- Experience with:
- Veeva Vault Promo Mats
- Veeva Align
- Veeva Link
- Vendor/offshore team management experience
