Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Analyst / Veeva CRM Specialist to support and enhance our Veeva CRM ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing CRM support operations, driving system improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the platform aligns with evolving business needs.

This is a high-impact role working closely with Business, IT, and Field Excellence teams to enable operational efficiency and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve Veeva CRM system issues in collaboration with IT teams
  • Drive system enhancements and optimization initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
  • Develop and maintain CRM documentation, SOPs, and process guides
  • Partner with training teams to improve user adoption and CRM effectiveness
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Present new features and updates to stakeholders to ensure awareness and adoption
  • Manage vendor relationships, including offshore teams
  • Evaluate and implement improvements across tools like Veeva CRM, PromoMats, Align, and Veeva Link
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and CRM innovations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in:
  • Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM support/implementation
  • Pharma / Life Sciences CRM environments
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration (Business + IT)
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Excellent project management and multitasking ability
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Veeva Certification or Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience with:
  • Veeva Vault Promo Mats
  • Veeva Align
  • Veeva Link
  • Vendor/offshore team management experience
