Requirements
4+ years of experience working with Veeva CRM (Sales and Engage), strong configuration expertise across Accounts, Contacts, Activities, and Calls, and hands-on experience with Approved Email and multichannel engagement. Exposure to commercial models beyond traditional HCP detailing is highly preferred.
Veeva CRM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Veeva CRM for non-traditional commercial models, including medical devices, digital offerings, and subscription-based businesses.
Additionally, we are seeking a Veeva CRM Omnichannel Consultant to support digital and field engagement across e-commerce, remote, and in-person channels within Veeva CRM.
Strong experience with Veeva CRM Engage, hands-on configuration of Approved Email, experience with campaign execution and interaction tracking, and prior exposure to supporting hybrid or omnichannel sales models, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
