A Hospitality Team Leader oversees daily front-of-house or back-office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and team efficiency.
Service Leadership: Lead and motivate staff during shifts, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to high-quality service standards and company procedures.
Guest Experience Management: Greet guests, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Staff Supervision Training: Conduct pre-shift briefings, train new hires, and provide ongoing performance feedback.
Operational Support: Coordinate daily operations (e.g., room assignments, reservations, table management) and assist with inventory control and stock management.
Communication Reporting: Maintain clear communication between staff and management, and prepare shift reports, incident reports, and rosters.
