Role Description

This is a part-time Mentor role for a Vedic Maths Mentor. The mentor will be responsible for delivering interactive and engaging online sessions on Vedic Mathematics to young learners. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, tutoring students, clearing doubts, evaluating progress, and adapting the curriculum to suit individual learning needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and proficiency in Vedic Mathematics concepts and techniques
• Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and modifying lesson plans
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners in an online learning environment
• Prior experience in mentoring or teaching children is a plus
• Patience and adaptability to cater to different learning speeds and styles
• Adequate technical skills to confidently conduct online sessions and use digital teaching tools
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is highly desirable
