Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting in a VMware-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment.
Install, configure, and administer VMware View and manage desktop provisioning and automated pools.
Manage linked clones, user profiles, and desktop lifecycle using VMware View Persona Management.
Perform administration and monitoring of VMware vSphere / ESXi enterprise environments.
Handle performance tuning of VDI infrastructure and virtual desktops for optimal performance.
Configure and manage network settings including authentication, AD, DNS, and DHCP integration.
Use remote display protocols such as PCoIP and RDP for virtual desktop access.
Monitor VDI environments using tools like VMware vCops and other monitoring utilities.
Support ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams while maintaining strong communication and service quality.
Work in rotational shifts and handle dynamic support environments.
