Job Description

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and upgrade Siebel environments on Windows and Linux platforms.
Administer Siebel servers, gateways, and Application Interface, ensuring smooth operations.
Monitor and manage batch jobs such as EIM and workflow processes.
Perform performance tuning of Siebel components including AOM, AI, and Gateway.
Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions within Siebel CRM.
Support multiple environments including Development, SIT, UAT, and Production.
Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and uptime.
Collaborate with IT teams and business users for issue resolution and deployments.
