Role Overview:

As theFounding VC Analyst, you will own capital strategy, investor relationships, and fundraising intelligence from day one.

This is not a research intern role.

This is not a pitch-deck-editing assistant role.

You will operate as the bridge between the platform and the capital ecosystem venture capitalists, angel investors, HNIs, family offices, and global funds.

You will help design how capital flows through the ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:

You will:

• Leverage your existing network to connect us with credible VCs, angels, HNIs, and family offices.
• Personally know and maintain relationships with 50+ active investors.
• Secure meaningful VC conversations early (target: 5 qualified VC discussions in the first week).
• Map and categorize investors by thesis, check size, geography, and stage.
• Drive warm introductions not cold mass outreach.
• Understand fundraising deeply: valuation strategy, dilution math, SAFE vs equity rounds, term sheets, cap tables.
• Guide founders on pitch deck positioning, business model clarity, financial storytelling, and investor psychology.
• Support domestic and overseas fundraising strategy (US, MENA, SEA, etc.).
• Structure investor pipelines and CRM tracking to avoid scattered outreach.
• Help position the platform itself for strategic capital partners.

You are expected to think like a fund, not just raise from one.

What This Role Is Not:

This is not a passive networking position.

This is not someone forwarding pitch decks randomly.

This is not someone who knows about startups from Twitter threads.

This role requires direct access, credibility, and capital fluency.

Who Should Apply:

You should already operate inside the startup + VC ecosystem.

You likely:

• Have worked with or inside early-stage funds
• Have supported fundraising rounds
• Understand how investors actually make decisions
• Can read a cap table without confusion
• Know how to position a startup for institutional capital
• Have direct relationships with angels, VCs, HNIs, or family offices

If you can confidently say:

I can get 5 serious VC conversations in week one this role is for you.

• Active deal flow conversations
• Founders getting meaningful warm introductions
• Strategic capital partnerships forming
• Fundraising conversations driven by credibility, not desperation

Over time, the platform should become known as a high-signal capital gateway not another startup directory.
