Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer at VAYUZ Technologies, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our clients specific business needs. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to translate requirements into functional and efficient ServiceNow applications. Your work will directly impact our clients ability to automate processes, improve service delivery, and gain valuable insights from their data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet client requirements.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated ability to develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Proven experience in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and database concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
