About the job

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful services
Build and deploy AI-driven applications including chatbots, RAG systems, and LLM-based solutions
Work with microservices and distributed architectures in cloud environments
Own services end-to-end with a strong DevOps mindset (you build it, you run it)
Participate in system design, performance tuning, and scalability planning
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software independently
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance
Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
23 years of hands-on experience with Python and AI technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs)
Experience building dedicated chatbots, RAG pipelines, and working with LLMs
Strong understanding of data structures, multithreading, and concurrency concepts
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
Solid knowledge of Linux-based application development, networking, and scripting
Experience working with distributed systems, 3-tier, and microservices architectures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
