Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using Delinea tools.
Oversee the privileged identity lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
Define and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models aligned with business and security requirements.
Implement and enforce access policies, least-privilege principles, and segregation of duties.
Integrate Delinea with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, and third party applications.
Monitor privileged access activities and support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular access reviews, certifications, and remediation activities.
Support incident response related to privileged access and security events.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant access across the enterprise.
Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Strong hands-on experience with Delinea PAM solutions (e.g., Secret Server, Privilege Manager, PAM vaulting).
Solid understanding of RBAC, access governance, and policy enforcement.
Experience with integrations (AD, LDAP, cloud platforms, REST APIs).
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and audit processes.
Experience supporting SOX, SOC, ISO, or similar compliance initiatives.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
