Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, on-site role as part of our Vastu Housing Finance team based in Hoshangabad. The role includes tasks such as managing housing cases, addressing affordable housing needs, and providing property and social housing services to underserved communities. The professional should also drive initiatives that support long-term financial independence for clients by providing effective, impactful housing solutions aligned with Vastu's mission of inclusive growth.
Qualifications
- Experience with Case Management and Social Services, with the ability to address client needs effectively.
- Knowledge of Social Housing and Affordable Housing, with a focus on providing tailored financial solutions.
- Expertise in Property Management, including the maintenance and administration of housing properties.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in housing finance or similar industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
