We are seeking a skilled Varicent Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Varicent solutions to enhance our sales performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Varicent SPM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Varicent applications for performance and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of development processes and system configurations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in Varicent SPM development.
• Proficient in Varicent ICM and its modules.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
• Experience in data modeling and data integration.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
