Xactly / Varicent Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions within Xactly or Varicent platforms to meet complex sales compensation and incentive management needs.
Configure and maintain compensation plans, rules, and workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and optimize data integrations between Xactly/Varicent and other enterprise systems.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the reliability and integrity of compensation calculations and reports.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Xactly/Varicent implementations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in developing and configuring solutions specifically within Xactly or Varicent platforms.
Strong understanding of sales compensation processes, incentive models, and reporting requirements.
Proficiency in data manipulation and integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
