We are seeking an experienced Van Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the market dynamics in the region. This role involves driving a sales van to various locations, promoting our products, and building lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular visits and communication.
- Promote and sell products from the van to retailers and wholesalers.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in van sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using sales management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
