What you will do:
  • Drive value-led selling across Southeast Asia, partnering with Sales and Presales to articulate the business impact of Darwinbox's HR transformation platform.
  • Build compelling ROI narratives and business cases tailored to SEA markets (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).
  • Lead value workshops and executive conversations with C-suite stakeholders (CHROs, CFOs, CIOs) to align on measurable outcomes.
  • Support strategic deals and proposals through value engineering, financial modeling, and outcome-based storytelling.
  • Develop industry- and country-specific transformation roadmaps reflecting localization, workforce diversity, and regulatory nuances.
  • Create proof points and value realization studies using data from existing customers to demonstrate impact (efficiency, cost savings, employee experience).
  • Enable Sales teams with value frameworks, tools, and playbooks to strengthen positioning against global competitors.
  • Capture and report value metrics influencing win rates, deal sizes, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine value propositions.
  • Serve as the regional voice of the customer to inform product strategy and go-to-market priorities.

What you will need:
  • 812+ years of experience in value consulting, presales, strategy, or business case development within enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Strong background in HR SaaS / HCM platforms or digital transformation programs.
  • Proven experience building ROI models, value frameworks, and executive-level business cases for complex enterprise deals.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across cultures in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort handling financial models, benchmarks, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience working on large, strategic pursuits in competitive environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills persuasive, structured, and client-focused.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across Sales, Presales, Product, and Consulting teams.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across SEA as required.
