Value Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Govern the Global VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) program to achieve operational margin expansion targets.
• Develop and maintain structured VAVE standard processes to ensure accurate project tracking and performance reporting.
• Define clear process ownership and accountability across VAVE initiatives.
• Provide visibility and reporting for VAVE Non-PPV material productivity metrics.
• Facilitate collaboration across business units, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to generate a strong pipeline of VAVE projects.
• Manage mould tools lifecycle, including preventive maintenance to ensure consistent and high-quality part production.
• Oversee CAD drawing management and design documentation control, ensuring proper version control and centralized storage.
• Support documentation standardization and maintain the chain of custody between design authority and stakeholders.
