Key Responsibilities
- Review and engage in IRC 409A valuations, purchase price allocation and business combinations, goodwill impairment testing, portfolio valuations, and complex security valuations.
- Manage the entire project delivery cycle including information gathering, industry research, valuation analysis, report preparation, and audit support.
Note: Salary will be better than the industry standards.
