Job Title : Valuation Advisory Manager Startup & Technology Valuations (VC/PE Focus)
Job Type : Fulltime or Parttime
Experience : 5 -12 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana(Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Valuation Advisory Manager with strong expertise in startup valuation, corporate finance, and transaction advisory to support investment evaluation and valuation analysis for technology companies.This role will work closely with leadership and investment networks to analyze earlystage and growthstage companies, build valuation models, and provide insights that support investment decisions.The ideal candidate will have experience in valuation advisory, venture capital, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate finance, with a strong understanding of technology startup ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business valuations for earlystage and growthstage technology startups
- Develop financial models using market approach, comparable transactions, and venture capital valuation methods
- Conduct comparable company analysis and transaction comps
- Analyze valuation databases such as DealStats, BizComps, PitchBook, or similar platforms
- Evaluate startup financial projections, business models, and growth assumptions
- Assess technology defensibility, market opportunity, and scalability
- Prepare valuation reports and investment analysis for internal and external stakeholders
- Support angel investment and venture investment decision processes
- Provide guidance on cap tables, dilution modeling, and exit scenarios
- Collaborate with founders, investors, and advisory teams on valuation discussions
Preferred Qualifications
- 512 years of experience in valuation advisory, corporate finance, venture capital, or investment analysis
- Experience valuing technology startups or highgrowth companies
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Familiarity with market-based valuation approaches and comparable transactions
- Experience using valuation and financial data platforms
- Strong understanding of venture capital and startup investment ecosystem
Qualification/ Certifications
- CA (Chartered Accountant India)
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
- MBA Finance
- CPA or equivalent finance qualification
