Validation Engineer

Role Description As a Validation Engineer at Cool Filtration, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting validation activities for filtration and liquid cooling systems. In this full-time, remote role, you will develop validation protocols, perform functional testing, analyze results, and ensure systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will investigate issues, support debugging efforts, and collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve defects and improve product reliability. Daily tasks include reviewing technical specifications, creating test plans, maintaining validation documentation aligned with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and supporting continuous improvement of validation processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Validation and Functional Verification skills for complex systems and components.
• Candidates should possess RTL Design and Debugging skills to analyze system behavior and resolve technical issues.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Physics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in hardware systems, fluid dynamics, thermal management, or data center infrastructure is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
