Were currently expanding our in-house tech and development team and are looking for a motivated Full Stack Website Developer (Fresher) whos eager to learn, grow, and create impactful web experiences for our clients and internal projects.
Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of website development. Youll be working with our marketing, design, and tech teams to bring ideas to life using WordPress (Elementor) and among other modern web technologies.
Your main responsibility will be to develop, customize, and maintain high-quality websites that not only look great but perform exceptionally well.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, visually appealing, and high-performing websites for clients and internal teams.
- Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor and other tools.
- Work closely with designers, content strategists, and marketers to ensure smooth functionality and a great user experience.
- Create custom website components using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Test websites for performance, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
- Maintain and update existing websites to improve design, performance, or content structure.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, website security, and version control.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
- 0-1 year of hands-on experience in website or full-stack development (internships or project work are fine).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of React.js or similar frameworks like Angular or Vue.
- Familiarity with MySQL, REST APIs, and website integrations.
- Good grasp of UI/UX principles and SEO-friendly development practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Nice To Have
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
- Basic experience with hosting environments, cPanel, and domain setups.
- Understanding of tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
