Makin Developers Pvt Ltd, a prominent real estate development company based in Dehradun, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
Position: Civil Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years in relevant field
Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee civil construction activities at project sites to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Allocate tasks to construction crews and subcontractors, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, material usage, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate construction crews and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
