User Experience design (UX) and User Interface design (UI).

Additional Skills (at least 1):

Design-strategy/Business-analysis, UX research, Art/Illustration/Graphic-design, Motion/interaction design, Front-end engineering (HTML/ReactJS/React Native), or UX writing

More Details:

The role will involve creating and iterating digital products along with the various product teams. No mundane DTP work. The design team is clearly positioned as the voice of the customers.

You need to be experienced in:

1) Designing end-to-end projects, both individually and with a team.

2) Interacting with real users on a regular basis.

3) Creatively presenting your case to stakeholders.

4) Making functional and aesthetic design experience.

5) Seeing through the pixel-perfect development of your vision.

Important notes:

1) You will need to have a strong ability to understand complex financial products and simplify them into a user-friendly designs.
