Job Description

About the Role:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will help design intuitive and engaging experiences for complex products.

You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to create features that are both visually clear and functionally effective.

You will be involved in all stages of the design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.

Your Contribution

User-centered research: Assist in user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insights for product improvements, document user journeys and service blueprints to identify opportunities across frontstage and backstage experiences
UX design: Create wireframes, user flows, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes that support optimal user journeys and reflect user needs, product goals, and usability feedback
Visual design: Deliver pixel-perfect user interface and visual mockups that align with brand standards, maintain consistency, and meet accessibility requirements
Design collaboration: Work with senior designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless handoffs, coherent user experiences, and clear communication across teams
Design systems: Contribute to evolving our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
Learning and growth: Participate in design critiques and training, stay current with tools and trends, and build expertise through mentorship and hands-on project exposure

Your Growth

You will learn design practices for complex B2B and financial products, with a focus on user centered design, accessibility, service design methods, and working with design systems
You will grow by working on ION products with experienced designers, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
You will gain hands-on experience across the product design cycle, including research, definition, design, and testing
