UX/UI Designer

Silaai is a platform-as-a-service application focused on building a seamless digital experience within the fashion ecosystem. As we prepare to strengthen and scale our product, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer on a contract for 1 month who can bring clarity, consistency, and refinement to our existing design work.

Required Skills & Experience:

14 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web or mobile)

Strong proficiency in Figma; working familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Webflow

Experience working with and adhering to existing design systems

Ability to understand, structure, and optimize complex user flows

Familiarity with tools like Miro or FigJam for mapping journeys and flows

Strong visual design fundamentals including hierarchy, spacing, and typography

Experience in redesigning or improving existing interfaces

Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively in a remote setup

Clear communication and collaborative working style

Nice to Have:

Experience in startup or fast-paced product environments

Exposure to platform-based or marketplace products

Understanding of UX audits and usability improvements

Portfolio showcasing live product work and redesign projects

Responsibilities:

Review and refine existing application screens to improve usability and consistency

Redesign key screens where required to align with current UX standards

Design remaining screens based on defined flows and product requirements

Ensure all outputs align with the existing design system

Improve user journeys for clarity, efficiency, and usability

Deliver structured, developer-ready designs within defined timelines
