Description
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance the user experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-11 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
