UX Researcher

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX Researcher for an AI Finance startup in Bangalore to help us deeply understand our customers and improve product experiences. This role is highly execution-focused and involves regularly interacting with users, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and customer feedback sessions to understand needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Run usability testing on new and existing features
• Gather and analyze feedback from multiple sources (calls, surveys, product usage)
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to improve user experience
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
• Continuously track user feedback and identify areas of improvement in the product
• Support testing and validation of new features with real users

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 – 3 years of experience in UX Research / User Research / Customer Research
• Hands-on experience in user interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis
• Strong ability to understand user behavior and identify pain points
• Experience working with product or app-based companies
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with users confidently

Good to Have

• Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
• Basic understanding of UX design or product workflows
