Spot cross-team gaps and help close them before they become bigger issues.
Plan, Coordinate, and Deliver.
Manage timelines, plans, risks, and dependencies for UX and product initiatives.
Help run meetings, checkpoints, reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
Help Product and UX teams refine planning, prioritization, and communication processes.
Bring structure and calm to fast-moving projects.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related roles in a software or tech company.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptionally well-organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, plan and track timelines and deliverables, and develop effective monitoring systems to ensure project success.
Strong collaborator and team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Nice To Have
Exposure to UX processes or design teams.
Understanding of software design and development processes in an Agile or scrum environment.
Experience running meetings, taking action notes, or coordinating multiple workstreams.
Any project or program certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a bonus.
