UX / Product Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate user needs into engaging product experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and convert insights into design strategies

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma

Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries

Design responsive and adaptive experiences for web and mobile

Ensure ADA accessibility compliance

Define information architecture and user journeys

Apply principles of typography, color theory, and layout

Implement Figma design tokens for scalable UI systems

Participate in usability testing and design iteration

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

Required Skills

Expert in Figma

Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design

Strong UI design fundamentals

Experience designing responsive web applications

Knowledge of ADA accessibility standards

Experience working with design tokens

Mandatory Requirement

Active UX or Product Design related certifications preferred

Must be able to work onsite 5 days per weekidate will have a strong ability to take client ideas and create an attractive product based on their needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio.

• Work closely with product managers and other teams (sales and marketing) to establish plan for product release Acknowledge budget and make plans in order to follow financial guidelines
• Create product prototypes prior to creating final product
• Adjust approach towards designs based on feedback provided

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 - 5 years experience in product design or related field
• Strong creative, design and communication skills
• Portfolio of work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
