Role Description

We are looking for a user-centered UX Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences that solve real user problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user research and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Design user flows, journey maps, and interface interactions that align with product goals
• Conduct user testing and usability evaluations to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across products
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design (SaaS, mobile, or web applications preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, design process, and visual design skills
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design methods
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
