Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate UX Designer who thrives in a very very dynamic & tough startup environment and is eager to take ownership of the user experience across our products. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered solutions.
Key Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe, and AI design tools.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to guide product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handoff between design and development.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and user insights.
- Conduct usability testing and gather qualitative/quantitative feedback to refine designs.
- Maintain and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for desktop and mobile applications, as well as responsive websites optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Ensure consistency in UI elements, typography, and color schemes across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Strong marketing experience is a Plus
- Work closely with the marketing team to design posters, infographics, flyers, and banners for weekly social media campaigns.
- Create visual assets for blogs, articles, case studies, and marketing content to enhance engagement.
- Develop graphics and animations for video content, enhancing storytelling across platforms.
- Design visually compelling presentations for technical and non-technical audiences, including investor decks and event materials.
- Create marketing collaterals like brochures, banners, and booth graphics for exhibitions and assist in event preparations.
- Design email templates for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in branding.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain design files and assets with proper documentation for accessibility.
- Assist in marketing tasks, including exhibition preparations and design documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the R&D team and founders for incorporating the marketing feedback, and contribute to team projects effectively.
- This role blends UX, graphic design, and marketing, offering an exciting opportunity to shape brand visuals across digital and offline platforms.
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions is a Plus.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate fashion/design degree from top institute is a must
- Ready to shape digital marketing, user experiences and drive impact Bring your UX, Design, and Marketing experience – ideally showcased through a compelling portfolio – and let's build something exceptional.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment (Strong Internship experience is also accounted).
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool) and other relevant design tools.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process, from research to final product.
