Strong UX Design Leadership Profile
Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 10+ YOE in UX / Experience Design with significant exposure to leading large-scale design projects and teams (Can consider 8+ YOE for candidates from Top Products with fast career growth)
Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have hands-on experience across the end-to-end UX lifecycle (research ideation design testing delivery optimization)
Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions
Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have strong understanding of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX, Design Sprints)
Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have experience in designing complex user journeys, interactions, and scalable digital experiences
Mandatory (Leadership) : Must have experience leading and mentoring UX teams, building team capabilities, and driving design quality
Mandatory (Current Designation) - Current designation must be Lead or above (For Top Product companies)
Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt) : Must have strong experience in client/stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration (PMs, engineers, business teams), and leading design workshops
Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, research-backed design, and complex problem-solving
Mandatory (Education) : Design Graduate from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS etc)
