Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing platforms, data management tools, information architecture, and enterprise software.
- Passion for TV and media experiences, streaming media, OTT platforms, and the creator ecosystem.

Our team is responsible for onboarding media companies, acquiring their premium TV content and metadata, modeling, understanding, enriching, packaging, and ultimately publishing it to serving systems.
We are looking for a UX designer to bridge systemic complexity and elegant user experiences. You will help design this self-serve ecosystem that empowers media companies to easily ingest, package, and manage their premium content. You will transform the technical workflows, like metadata modeling, content enrichment, and publishing pipelines, into intuitive and engaging interfaces. You will partner with engineering and product management to untangle these systems, ensuring the underlying technology translates into a frictionless, empowering journey for our partners.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
