Job Title: Senior UX Designer (Internal Tools & Seller Ecosystem)
Location: Bengaluru, India (Myntra HQ)
Team: Supply Chain & Seller Experience (SCSX)
Role Overview
As a UX Designer for Myntra's internal ecosystem, you won't just be designing apps; you'll be designing the
operating system of fashion e-commerce. You will be responsible for the tools that empower thousands of sellers and internal operations teams to manage inventory, logistics, cataloging, and financial reconciliations. Your goal is to turn complex, data-heavy workflows into seamless, high-velocity experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Simplify Complexity: Transform fragmented, manual processes into streamlined digital workflows for the Seller Portal and internal admin dashboards.
- High-Density UI: Design intuitive interfaces for complex data grids, bulk actions, and multi-step configurations without compromising speed.
- Service Design: Partner with Product and Ops to map the Physical-to-Digital journeyunderstanding how a package moves from a seller's warehouse to a customer's doorstep.
- Systemic Consistency: Contribute to and evolve Myntra's internal Design System to ensure a unified language across diverse tools (Logistics, Warehouse, Finance).
- Data Visualization: Build actionable dashboards that help stakeholders monitor health metrics, return rates, and marketplace trends at a glance.
- User Advocacy: Conduct contextual inquiries and usability testing with sellers and warehouse staff to identify hidden pain points.
Required Skills & Keywords
- Core UX: Information Architecture (IA), User Flow Mapping, Wireframing, High-Fidelity Prototyping.
- Enterprise Expertise: Experience with B2B/Enterprise UX, SaaS platforms, or complex dashboard design.
- Visual Efficiency: Mastery of Figma (including variables and auto-layout) and an eye for clean, functional aesthetics.
- Psychology of Design: Deep understanding of Hick's Law and Fitts's Law to optimize for Time-to-Task Completion.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to use Jobs to be Done (JTBD) frameworks to understand user motivations.
Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in E-commerce, Fintech, or Enterprise SaaS.
- A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving for complex systems (we want to see how you handled a messy table or a 10-step form).
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams to understand technical constraints and trade-offs.
- Ability to communicate design decisions to non-design stakeholders (Business Heads, Ops Managers).
